Jumping Jacs is not just the name I operate under, it is my brand, it is the symbolic representation of its philosophy. The acronym J.A.C. comes from 3 little boys who remind me of what fitness is all about. It's about getting and staying fit so you have the energy, and self-confidence to get the most out of life.

To do this, we take your individual goals, health history, and current fitness level and carefully craft a  program that challenges you but is not so difficult or taxing that you become demoralized or hurt. As your fitness level continues to increase the program will be appropriately adjusted to push your fitness to the next level.

It's important to be aware there are no educational requirements for someone to call themselves a "personal trainer" or "fitness trainer". Such a lack of education is dangerous and such trainers should be avoided. That being said I have a Master's level education, and hold several fitness certifications. I have trained everyone from the clinically obese to those who are fit but are looking to step up their performance, and everyone in between.
